TAPSILOG

Tapsilog (“tap-see-log”) is an iconic, traditional breakfast in Manila, a combination of the three components that give it its name: tapa (dried meat, usually beef), sinangag (garlic fried rice), and itlog (egg, usually sunny-side up).
LONGSILOG
Pork sausage with egg & fried rice. Atsara or tomatoes & cucumber on the side or saba banana.
True to its name, longsilog is a breakfast that consists of sweet pork (longanisa), savory eggs, and garlic rice! Without even laying eyes on it, longsilog's smell wafting through your home is enough to drag even the sleepiest one out of bed.
BANGSILOG
Deep-Fry marinated-milkfish with egg & fried rice. Atsara or tomatoes & cucumber on the side or saba banana.
Daingsilog is a traditional Filipino breakfast meal consisting of fried fish usually bangus or milkfish marinated in vinegar and spices, then pan-fried until golden brown. Also added with garlic fried rice, and fried eggs. 
TOSILOG
Sliced Pork with egg & fried rice. Atsara or tomatoes & cucumber on the side or saba banana.
The name tosilog was derived from the different components of the meal which are: Tocino (cured pork), Sinangag (Filipino garlic fried rice), and Sunny-side up egg. Tosilog is best eaten with a spicy vinegar dip or others with ketsup.

Beef Caldereta
Soft lean beef with a little bit of tendon stewed & slowly cooked in tomato sauce and liver spread. Ingredients such as potato, carrots, bell peppers, and olives are also utilized when cooking this dish. This is a popular dish and is served during special occasions. 
Lamb Caldereta
Soft lean lamb stewed & slowly cooked in tomato sauce mixed with vegetables.
Kaldereta or Caldereta meaning to stew comes from the Spanish word caldero meaning cauldron. Traditionally, the Filipinos use goat because lambs are not native to our country. And, with modern food system, lamb is now (more) accessible globally. Lamb Caldereta is our Filipino version of lamb stew. 
Menudo
Diced pork meat stewed & slowly cooked in tomato sauce mixed with vegetables, sausage, liver, raisins, and other authentic ingredients.
Chicken or Pork Adobo
Slowly cooked pork or chicken in soya sauce based, potato, pepper corn, laurel leaves, etc.
Sisig or Dinakdakan
Chopped roasted pork meat marinated with our traditional recipe, chilly, bell pepper, etc. Served in sizzling plate or just ordinary plate.Hot

Crispy Pata
Crispy Pata is usually a deep-fried pork hock or knuckles, marinated overnight, fried, and frozen before it is finally deep-fried before serving. Crunchy, juicy and tasty!!

Diced pork slowly cooked in coconut milk, sautéed shrimp, crushed tomato, medium chilly spice & sliced green pepper.Mild

Lechon Kawali "Liempo"

Pinakbet
The tender and earthy sweet taste of the squash (calabaza), the crunchiness of the green beans, the bitter taste of the bittermelon and the slimy texture of the okra seasoned with shrimp paste makes this dish a wholesome favorite. Furthermore, the taste and texture of each of these vegetables contribute to making this dish a popular staple at any Filipino house.
Kare-Kare
This is a classic Filipino slow-cook beef stew, cooked in thick deep yellow peanut sauce with some vegetables. It has a very subtle taste because it is traditionally unsalted, allowing the flavors of the peanut sauce and the meat to surface and be enjoyed. Shrimp paste on the side is added to elevate the delicious and unforgettably flavorful taste of Kare-Kare.
